报告内容摘要:


Dust flame propagation is always unsteady and numerous factors govern the initiation and subsequent propagations, such as the physical and chemical properties of the fuel, the average size, shape, concentration and distribution of the particles, moisture, oxygen concentration, the initial pressure, and the initial turbulence intensity. Adequate understanding of dust flame propagation is contribute to establish effective protection measures to prevent and mitigate dust explosions. This lecture will focus on these contexts: 1) Flame propagation mechanism in typical dust explosions, including organic dust, nano-sized dust, and metal dust. 2) Suppression mechanism of dust explosion by solid suppressant and gas suppressant, etc. 3) Dust explosion venting and duct-venting at elevated static activation overpressures, and the research progress concerning flameless venting.

 

报告人简介:


高伟,博士生导师,大连理工大学化6163am银河线路副院长,教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者、国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。主要从事工业爆炸动力学机理及安全防护技术、热化学、失控反应动力学、反应工程过程优化及安全评估技术研究。受邀担任Journal of Loss Prevention in the Process Industries、Safety Science编委、公共安全科学技术学会理事、工业爆炸与安全防护国际会议(ISHPMIE)组委会委员。近五年以第一/通讯作者发表SCI收录论文50余篇,成果被采纳于3项国家、行业标准中,3项工业爆炸安全防护技术发明专利应用于中石化所属工程公司安全防爆设计中;先后入选教育部“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者、国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金、德国洪堡基金会Humboldt Research Fellowship、日本学术振兴会JSPS Fellowship等人才计划。荣获全国高校矿业石油与安全工程领域优秀青年科技人才奖。

 

 

题目之二:Studies on high-rise building fire behaviors: state of the art and future challenges

报告内容摘要:


In recent years, many high-rise buildings have been constructed around the world. However, owing to the famous high-rise building fires, such as the new CCTV tower fire in Beijing in 2009, the 28-story high-rise residential building fire in Shanghai in 2010, and the Grenfell Tower fire in London in 2017, the fire safety of high-rise buildings has attracted extensive attention of the society and research community. The features of high-rise building fire include: 1) Statistics has shown that smoke and toxic gases are most fatal threats to the occupants in fires. There are many shafts inside the building, such as the elevator shaft and stairwell. When smoke enters these shafts, it will spread from fire floor to other floors using the shaft as its path, causing fatalities far away from the fire origin. 2) The flame ejected from the compartment after the flashover may easily ignite the combustible materials in upper floors through convection and radiation, leading to vertical fire spread and expansion. (3) A large number of facade insulation materials are used, resulting in the rapid spread of facade flame. This lecture will focus on the state-of-the-art investigations and future challenges of these topics.

 

报告人简介:


纪杰,中国科学技术大学教授、博士生导师,火灾科学国家重点实验室副主任,热安全技术国家地方联合工程研究中心副主任。1997-2008年就读于中国科学技术大学,获学士和博士学位;2008-2010年从事博士后研究,之后留校工作至今。主要从事火羽流行为、建筑火灾防控和灾害风险评估方法研究。主持了国家优秀青年基金、国家重点研发计划项目课题等项目,入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、科技部“创新人才推进计划”中青年科技创新领军人才、国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才等支持计划。获中国工程热物理学会吴仲华优秀青年学者奖、中国消防协会科学技术创新奖一等奖、中科院卢嘉锡青年人才奖。受邀担任Fire Safety Journal(国际火灾安全科学学会会刊)编委、Fire Technology(美国消防协会和消防工程师学会会刊)编委。发表SCI论文80余篇,出版专著2部。
