1) 低维纳米结构的可控生长,包括石墨烯、氮化硼、二硫化钼等;
2) 低维纳米结构原子分辨的形貌、电子结构、物理化学特性等;
3) 低维纳米材料主要是石墨烯的表面物理化学反应、能带调控以及输运特性等。
6163am银河线路百人计划特聘研究员、博士生导师,6163am银河线路前沿交叉学科研究院特聘研究员,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。中科院物理所博士(2005),日本东北大学博士后、日本学术振兴会(JSPS)外国人研究员(2006-2009)。2010年受聘6163am银河线路“百人计划”特聘研究员,加入6163am银河线路材料系至今。主要从事二维原子晶体材料的可控制备和精确表征、新奇物理化学特性的探索,以及在能源等领域的应用研究。在Science, Phys. Rev. Lett, Nano Lett.等杂志发表论文80余篇。曾获全国百篇优秀博士论文(2007),中科院杰出科技成就奖(2005)等奖项。回国后获得了国家重大科学研究计划“量子调控”项目、国家自然科学基金面上/重大项目、国家优秀青年科学基金等项目的资助。目前承担的科研项目包括:国家自然科学基金面上项目一项、全国百篇优秀博士论文获得者科研启动经费一项、国家重点基础研究发展计划“量子调控”项目两项(其中一项担任课题组长,一项为科研骨干),国家优秀青年科学基金一项。
