6163am银河线路力学与空天技术系教授。1995年于6163am银河线路力学系获得学士学位,2000年于6163am银河线路力学系固体力学专业获得博士学位;2000-2002年在北大电子学系进行博士后研究工作。2002年博士后出站并留校工作。现为6163am银河线路力学与空天技术系教授、博士生导师;兼任6163am银河线路前沿交叉学科研究院研究员。2004年开始进入生物医学跨学科研究领域,目前主要从事微纳米力学和生物医学工程的交叉研究,包括细胞力学,生物医学微纳米技术,软材料的微纳米力学测试等。已主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,作为研究骨干参加(主持)包括国家“973”项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等课10余项。目前已发表SCI论文30余篇,申请发明专利6项。目前主要研究方向包括:
研究领域:
细胞力学。研究细胞的运动、变形,与周围环境的相互作用以及对外部载荷的感应与响应。研究力学环境(刺激)对生物体健康、疾病或损伤的影响。定量理解细胞的力学过程与生物学过程在病理生理学过程-如心血管疾病、肿瘤转移和炎症反应等的相互关系,从而发展有疗效的或有诊断意义的新技术新方法。
生物微纳米技术。研究应用微纳米技术,实现对细胞的精确操控、大规模培养以及细胞内组分的定量分析,为细胞生理、病理过程研究、疾病的诊断与治疗、药物的筛选与设计等提供技术平台;研究开发病原体(微生物、病毒、细胞等)的高效、快速检测微流体芯片。
